OPA collects recipes for cookbook
Do you sit back and watch the stars on the stage and wish you could shine like that? Well now you can shine in your own way!
This time we are looking for talent in the kitchen. OPA is publishing a cookbook and we want your help! We are looking for recipes of all kinds: quick, easy, family oriented, or grandmas recipe passed down from generation to generation. Whether you're Italian, Greek, Puerto Rican, or Irish, bring it on! If you have more than one great recipe send them all! Kids are welcome to share their own recipes too.
To participate, email Tina Bertei with recipes or questions. Be sure to include your name, city, phone number (for questions), and how you're associated with OPA.
The deadline to submit is October 31st, 2010. Let's get cooking!
