  • Announcing the 2015 Season

    Olmsted Performing Arts (OPA) is thrilled to unveil a thirteen-production slate of shows for the 2015 season. OPA's season is scheduled to run from February through December 2015 at the Olmsted Performing Arts Center at 6941 Columbia Road in Olmsted Falls.OPA begins its 2015 season with The Diary of Anne Frank (February 20–22), a powerful adaptation in which Anne Frank emerges from history a living, lyrical, intensely gifted young girl, who confronts her rapidly changing life and the horror of her time with astonishing honesty, wit, and determination. The remainder of the season includes productions sure to offer something for everyone, from a raucous, irreverent retelling of Shakespeare's The Tempest in space to Broadway smash hit and crowd-pleaser Hairspray. > READ MORE

    It may seem early, but the holidays are fast approaching. Mark your calendars so you know: the Olmsted Performing Arts Center will be closed November 27–30 and December 22–January 4 for the holidays.   • 2015 Season Sneak Peek

    The OPA season begins in February with The Diary of Anne Frank. The production will run February 20–22, 2015 at the Olmsted Performing Arts Center and will include a special, weekday performance for schools, including a chance for students to discuss the themes in the play and enjoy a talkback session with the director and actors. > READ MORE
